Vote (rant) (about a certain someone who almost certainly wont see this)
I keep seeing people online saying that Americans shouldn't vote but please for the love of fuck vote.
I saw a screenshot of a tweet today that said something to the effect of "There is blood on every American ballot" and you know what sure, sure there is, but there is more blood on every ballot that gets thrown away.
I KNOW YOU FEEL LIKE VOTING WON'T DO ANYTHING BUT PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF FUCK NOT VOTING WON'T HELP PALESTINIANS, NOT VOTING IS CONDEMNING TRANS PEOPLE, INTERSEX PEOPLE, IMMIGRANTS AND MORE TO ANOTHER FUCKING TRUMP PRESIDENCY.
You might think I sound like a liberal right now and that's fair but I'm not saying the only thing you should do is vote for Kamala Harris, that's just one thing you should do, it doesn't take long, it's really not that hard. Keep doing your extrapolitical activism, fuck bring about the great revolution you guys keep talking about, but please vote.
Yes working within the system isn't enough, yes something needs to change but NONE OF YOU ARE HELPING DO THAT BY SITTING ON THE INTERNET TELLING PEOPLE THAT THEY'RE BAD PEOPLE IF THEY VOTE AGAINST DONALD TRUMP LIKE WHAT THE FUCK.
